Make templates while thinking of lifebooks

Hey there -

I have been working to get pages done on both girls’ lifbooks.  It is can be quite the overwhelming job!  I am so glad that my parents bought me a copy of Kay Graap’s book “Lofebook Writing Guide: for parents of adopted Chinese Children.”  It is available at ScrapandTell – here is a direct link to the book.  That same site has some wonderful kits for children from all different areas of the world.  My favorite kit with an Asian flair is Journey of the Heart and the 2 add on kits.  This kit is a charity kit with proceeds going to Love Without Boundaries and Half the Sky Foundation.  Both orgnaizations work tirelessly to help children who are still in the orphanages in China.

While working on DD#1 book, I came up with a page for the introduction, based on Kay’s book.  I turned it into a template.  Feel free to use it.  As I continue to make each girl’s book and the pages are conducive to templates, I will share them here.  They will be in 12×12 format and have a large spaces for journaling.   If you use them for general pages, please send me a link so I can see what you do with them.  If you are using it as a lifebook, please know that I am so happy that I am able to help you with this gift for your child.

So, without further ado – here is the feebie template.  I tried to keep it soft, but more or less gender neutral
